For Legal purposes, Appalachian Juju products and services are produced, practiced, and sold as novelty items. Never use herbal or oil products without doing your due diligence by checking for possible medication and/or medical diagnoses interactions by speaking to your primary care physician, nutritionist, or a certified herbalist. Appalachian Juju will always endeavor to use the highest quality and safest resources available. Purchase and use of all services and products is at your own risk. Should you require ingredient information for the purpose of checking for allergies and interactions and you feel the product information is inadequate, please reach out to me prior to placing your order so I may address your questions and concerns or refer you to a source who can if I am unable to do so. Return and Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service or product, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If the item is one that can be returned, you have 30 days to do so. If it is a nonreturnable item, please allow me to work with you and come to a compromise.

Email me with your order number, the approximate time of purchase, and the issue with the product or service. If you do not hear back from me within a week, feel free to call. I am the sole proprietor of Appalachian Juju and will do my best to get back to in a timely manner. Thank you for your support and understanding.
